As part of my dissertation at Istituto Marangoni for my MA programme, I selected the practical option of conducting research and creating a sustainable magazine. This was one of four photoshoots conducted including sustainable fashion which aims at moving away from stereotypes and emphasises achievability for consumers.

This photo shoot was named Ethereal Balance due to the usage of filters creating an ethereal aesthetic. The balance portion comes into play when considering the artistic direction for the shoot. The apparel was particularly selected from a specific upcoming brand that focuses on slow fashion. Due to our patterns which will never change, it’s important to consider having a balancing act and be selective of whom you shop with.
